Under the direction of the Office of the CMO, and in collaboration with the Respite Program Director, provide clinical leadership for the LifeLong Medical Respite Program. DCTO is responsible for setting all IT fiscal strategies/management of LifeLong’s soft and hard IT assets. The DCTO is responsible for ensuring LifeLong’s continued performance at the highest level through the use of technology and IT systems that are aligned with LifeLong’s broader business initiatives. The DCTO role is critically linked to the organization’s future success. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in healthcare information technology, proven leadership of technical teams, and experience working collaboratively across different parts of the organization. The DCTO understands how to leverage technology to meet business needs and provide operational guidance to the Information Technology (IT) division. He/she guides IT and capital planning, develops long-term technology and infrastructure goals, oversees IT operations and integration, develops IT-related governance, and policies and procedures in support of company’s business objectives. The DCTO reviews and sponsors all key information resource and technology decisions, including championing major projects and investments in partnership with key stakeholders, and CHCN as appropriate. The DCTO is also an advocate for organization wide adoption of new technologies to meet LifeLong’s strategic goals. LifeLong Medical Care is looking for a family medicine physician committed to providing high-quality outpatient primary care at our Brookside San Pablo Health Center. The ideal candidate must be dedicated to building a collaborative team model of care experience working with the under-served. Case management and behavioral health services are fully integrated into our care to address a range of medical and psychosocial factors impacting the overall health of the patient. The Health Center utilizes a multidisciplinary team approach with primary care providers, RNs, Social Workers, Psychiatry, Podiatry, etc. About us: LifeLong Medical Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center in Northern California with over 43 years of dedicated service to the community. LifeLong provides comprehensive, compassionate care to over 66,000 patients in socio-economically underserved regions of the East Bay Area.
