LifeLong Medical Care has an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated Registered Nurse III to join our multidisciplinary team providing exceptional primary care services at our Medical Respite location in Oakland, CA. The Registered Nurse (RN) - III is an integral member of LifeLong Medical Care’s multidisciplinary Medical Respite team, working alongside medical providers, case managers, and social workers/therapists to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care. The RN provides direct nursing services to people experiencing homelessness who are recovering from acute illness or injury in a voluntary, short-term residential setting. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, medication management, wound care, care planning, health education, and coordination of follow-up services. The RN plays a critical role in promoting recovery, reducing hospital readmissions, and supporting clients in transitioning to ongoing primary care, behavioral health, and housing resources during their respite stay.

Benefits:
Compensation: $116,000 - $135,,000 year, depending on years licensed.
