Supporting Community Healthcare is a rewarding role. LifeLong Medical Care is looking for a Front Office Coordinator/Clinic Attendant to work at our Berkeley TRUST clinic. The Front Office Coordinator/Clinic Attendant will work with a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of general primary care medical services in a community health setting. Under the general supervision of the Center Director or Center Supervisor, the Front Office Coordinator/Clinic Attendant is responsible for ensuring efficient and friendly front office operations including reception, appointment scheduling, patient registration and check-in, telephone operation and financial eligibility, and providing lobby security.
This is a full time, benefit eligible position, working 40 hours per week in Berkeley.
This position is represented by SEIU-UHW. Salaries and benefits are set by a collective bargaining agreement (CBA), and an employee in this position must remain a member in good standing of SEIU-UHW, as defined in the CBA.
