LifeLong Medical Care has an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated Registered Nurse III to join our multidisciplinary team providing exceptional primary care services at our Medical Respite location in Oakland, CA. The ideal candidate must be dedicated to providing high-quality primary care to patients with complex medical conditions and passionate about working collaboratively in a team model of care. As a key member of our team, you will work under the general supervision of the Associate Medical Director and Center Manager to provide outstanding clinical care and integrate whole-person care into our new team model. You will play a critical role in telephonic and in-person patient triage and chronic care management.

Benefits:
Compensation: $102,000 - $127,000 year, depending on years licensed, additional 3% pay increase for candidates with a Master’s degree.
