The Sr. Director of Business Planning & Project Management Office (PMO) is a critical leadership role responsible for designing and implementing strategic frameworks that drive organizational alignment, operational excellence, and accountability at LifeLong Medical Care. Reporting to the Chief of Staff & Chief Administrative Officer, this role leads the Business Planning and PMO functions, ensuring the effective execution of organizational priorities and the development of systems and processes to achieve LifeLong’s mission.
This is a full time, exempt, benefit eligible, on-site position in Berkeley.

Benefits

This role is integral to LifeLong’s continued growth and success. The Sr. Director will oversee enterprise wide programs, including working closely with the executive team on development of the SPACE (Site, Program, Association, and Community Engagement) program and the Rhythm of Operations, to create a culture of transparency, structured decision-making, and continuous improvement. This leader is responsible for fostering collaboration across departments, tracking progress against key goals, and managing high impact initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
