The Associate Vice President of Medical Operations supports the Vice President of Medical Operations and the operations management team by providing leadership and operational oversight of health centers, programs and cross-site initiatives. The Associate Vice President manages Health Center Directors and other managers to ensure standard procedures and operations are being executed efficiently for optimal patient satisfaction. Supports and holds Center Directors accountable for the site’s P&L, operational and productivity dashboards. Collaborates on and leads departmental and organization-wide projects and initiates related to primary care. Represents the VP and Medical Operations department to internal and external stakeholders. Maintains positive relationships with clinician and management teams. Inspires employee engagement across the organization.

Benefits
