LifeLong Medical Care is looking for a Facilities/Fleet Coordinator. The Facilities/Fleet Coordinator works under the supervision of the Facilities Manager to provide support and assistance to the Facilities team and keep all fleet vehicles registered
along with maintenance schedules met.


This is a full time, benefit eligible position.

  • Answer all the requests received through the facilities work order software, phone, emails, walk in’s etc., and to ensure that there is proper delivery of the services as per the rules and regulations of the LifeLong organization.
  •  To recognize the problem areas, to gather the relevant information and report issues to the Facilities Manager.
  •  To recommend adjustments to meet the end users requirements
  •  Assist by monitoring the repeat issues related to facilities work orders for problem management.
  •  Will make sure that all issues have been resolved and work orders closed in a timely manner.
  •  Support and train new hires on the facilities work order software.
  •  Assists in ensuring the safety of employees, occupants and building users.
  •  Assists with arranging outside vendor service calls for any of the 53 LifeLong sites
  •  Ability to schedule preventative maintenance as requested by lead technicians.
  •  Carries out special projects as assigned.
  • Updates Procurement team with added equipment and furniture inventory for repurposing.
  • Will manage and coordinate the 22 plus Fleet vehicles to track registration and maintain vehicle maintenance logs.
  • Update and assemble vehicle binders as necessary Drop vehicles at the shop for repairs and maintenance service.
  •  Ability to use computer and Microsoft excel, word and power point software.
  • Strong organizational, administrative and problem-solving skills, and ability to be flexible and adaptive to change.
  •  Ability to work independently using professional judgment and diplomacy.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment with a number of professionals with different work styles and support needs.
  •  Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills and ability to effectively work with people from diverse backgrounds and be culturally sensitive.

  • Commitment to the provision of primary care services for the underserved with demonstrated ability and sensitivity in working with a variety of people from low-income communities


Job Requirements


  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Two (2) years minimum of facilities maintenance coordinator experience.
  • Outgoing and confident person with pleasant voice
  • He/she should be eager and willing to help people to sort out their repair problems
  • Should have multitasking ability and should be ready to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills would prove to be an advantage.
  • Ability to follow the given instructions carefully and should be comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with effective organization skills a must. 
  • Other duties as assigned
