LifeLong Medical Care has an exciting new opportunity for a Center Manager in San Pablo. The Center Manager provides leadership and clinic management for day-to-day operations of one or more health centers for LifeLong Medical Care. Such management includes service planning, objective setting, system development, staffing, quality assurance activity and service standards, budget and personnel issues. LifeLong uses team-based care to provide the most efficient and effective care to our patients. This position functions as a critical member of the care team, ensuring team communication, quality care, and patient satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented and has 5 years of experience in the clinic management of an outpatient clinic, project management and budgeting knowledge. Experience in starting up a new clinic and experience with dental services is preferred. Successful community engagement experience and a commitment to the provision of primary care services to diverse populations is a must. Previous community health experience and bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!
