LifeLong Medical Care is looking for a Health Promoters Project Specialist to be based out of one of our sites in Richmond, California. S/he will be responsible for overall management of the Health Promoters Program, a grant funded program by The California Endowment Foundation (TCE). Health Promoters are residents who receive specialized training to provide basic health education and information in the community. The goal is to improve long-term health outcomes for the community and promote self-empowerment by training health educators on medical conditions, health and social issues. Bilingual English/Spanish, is HIGHLY desirable.
This is a grant funded, full time, exempt, benefit eligible position.
