LifeLong Medical Care is looking for an Analytics Developer to join our team in Berkeley! The Analytics Developer will provide programming support to build analytic applications to support business decision making in the organization.


  • Communicates with clients and key stakeholders to develop and create specification analytical applications.
  • Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
  • Develops application code on client and server platforms by encoding project requirements in computer language; entering coded information into the computer.
  • Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential and complies with HIPAA requirements.
  • Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating client needs; analyzing requirements; developing software systems.
  • Performs additional duties in support of the team and immediate reporting need of other departments as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements          

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Minimum one year of experience in programming and data analysis involving duties listed above.
  • Knowledge of Software development fundamentals, design, debugging, documentation and testing.
  • Basic understanding of T-SQL, Visual Studio, and the fundamentals of database design, reporting and data modeling a plus
  • Basic understanding of SSAS, DAX queries and SSIS


Job Preferences               

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
  • 2 or more years of programming and analysis experience.
  • Community Health Center experience.
